Nancy Alleman and Elise Tanner are Registered Dental Hygienists with 60 years of combined dental experience. They are both graduates from the University of Washington's Dental Hygiene Program. Their public health background includes working with the University of Washington Dental Public Health Sciences Department and the UW Oral Health Collaborative. They both have also worked on the development of projects including the "Tooth Fairy Academy" as well as other programs to improve the access to preventive oral health care for the underserved children in our state.

Elise and Nancy are both active members of the Washington State Dental Hygienists' Association.
